Capabilities
Our printing plant consists of five colour printing presses from 28 inches wide up to 60 inches wide, giving us excellent versatility and efficiency in production. The maximum sheet size we can print is 1100 x 1600mm.
Coatings we offer include:
  • Machine varnish
  • Aqueous varnish
  • UV Coating (pattern or all over gluable)
  • Matt or gloss plastakote
  • Callendar varnish
Gluing capabilities:
  • Straight line gluing
  • Crash bottom gluing
  • Double wall gluing
  • Four corner gluing
  • Six corner gluing
Other options we offer to enhance the presentation of your product:
  • Foil stamping
  • Embossing/Debossing
  • Window facing

For litho laminated cartons, we specialise in laminating to E flute and B flute. We also mount to C flute when extra strength is required.
